The Lenten season begins Wednesday, February 10. Lent marks the 40 day period before Easter, a time traditionally given to increased spiritual attention, contemplation and service.
We invite you to begin your journey to Easter with a meditative worship experience that includes music, readings and periods of silence and prayer. This intimate service also involves placing ashes on the foreheads of the worshipers as a sign of beginning our Lenten walk, and concludes with communion, acknowledging our forgiveness from God for all of our shortcomings.
